| Sharon began painting in 1984. While
she has studied with several teachers including Jane Stephenson, Leo Smith,
Naomi Brotherton, Pat Kochan, Rob Erdle, and Fran Larson, her studies with
Jane Jones have influenced her style the most. Under Jane's tutelage, Sharon
has gained a solid foundation in design and color theory that she passes on
to her own students. At the gallery, Sharon teaches
watercolor
classes for
beginning and intermediate adults. She focuses on the elements
and principles of Design Theory and Color Theory. For information on the

Color Theory
Mondays: Nov. 5, 12, 19, 26, Dec. 3, 17
Tuesdays: Nov. 6, 13, 20, 27, Dec. 4, 18
This session will explore various color schemes and color contrasts.
We will also learn how color relates to focal points, perspective, and
emotional impact.
Classes are structured in 6 week sessions for $150.00 each
session.
Students may enter a session at any time.
