Barbara Park
Working in oils, acrylics and
watercolors, Barbara Park exhibits a wide range of interests in her paintings of
landscapes, semi-abstract florals, nature studies, miniatures and portraits.
The artist holds a B.A. in Art and Education from San Jose State University and
an M.A. from Northwestern University. In addition, she has studied four years in
Paris where she trained in the Impressionistic School (as well as with several
private teachers). Barbara currently teaches art classes while continuing her
own studies with nationally known artists in workshops. She has won numerous
prestigious awards in group, juried, and invitational shows, and her paintings
hang in private and corporate collections in the U.S. and abroad.
Currently accepting commissions on portraits and other subjects.
